I came across an article on Houzz on what is trending in kitchens around the world. This article is very interesting and it’s neat to see what is “In” in North America vs. Japan or Spain.

In the U.S. we still favor the “U-shaped” kitchen, with light cabinet colors. Granite is still the top seller of countertop material, with Quartz being the runner up. There is a new interest in porcelain slab options as well, such as the brand Neolith.

The article states that we can see more cabinet/storage space in kitchens along with pull out trash cans/ recycling bins. Houzz states that even though we live in a tech savvy era we will not see high-tech devices being popular as you may think.
